Who can be present?

Pollwatchers may NOT enter the Polling Place after the polls close. If Pollwatchers are present at closing, they may remain.

After the last vote has been cast, only Judges assigned to the Polling Place, Pollwatchers present at closing, law enforcement officers acting in their official capacities, representatives of the election authority, State Board of Elections, Office of the State’s Attorney, and the Attorney General’s Office are allowed to remain in the Polling Place.
