Seven appointed Area Representatives serve as liaisons between the Election Judges and the County Clerk’s office on Election Day.

Duties and responsibilities

• Visit precinct voting locations
• Maintain communication with Judges and election staff
• Deliver updated Absentee, Grace Period, and Early Voter Lists
• Provide additional voter supplies as needed
• Assist with maintaining Polling Place order
• Answer questions and solve problems
• Fix voting machines
• Help reconcile applications with ballots
